Reduces the Leveling Speed of all Skills (One-handed, Two-handed, Archery, Block, Heavy Armor, Light Armor, Smithing, Alchemy, Sneak, Lockpicking, Pickpocket, Enchanting, Alteration, Restoration, Conjuration, Illusion, Destruction) by about 60% and with that the General Level Up Speed.
It is intended for players that installed a lot of extra content mods and want a slower paced level progression to match that.

Patches for Smithing Perks Overhaul and Tree Balance - Speech Tree are available if you use them on top op Vokrii (load them after Vokrii!)
Compatibility
Incompatible with mods that edit Skill Values, they will need patches to match the slower leveling speed. Patches for Smithing Perks Overhaul and Tree Balance - Speech Tree are available.
