The True Guardian of Whiterun
This isn't really anything spectacular.
Just felt like the true Godhead, the Ultimate Creator of All, the Great Watcher, among his many titles needed some representation in the great city of Whiterun.
Now the Whiterun Guards will be prepared for anything, wielding the Power of Todd.
This mod is provided as is. It might flicker at a distance, and as i learn more I'll improve it.
