The entrance to these Halls is on top of the Throat of the World, there is a portal there, leading you to the Halls in Sovngarde.

Overview:

It's a Mead Hall in Sovngarde where Heroes and Legends of the past come to dine and drink to their health.

Features:

War Room - The likes of Kodlak Greymane, Jurgen Windcaller and other such Heroes spend their days and nights eternal, ever preparing for battle, ever ready, for they would not lose the remaining part of the Mead Halls as this would be Disastrous for Sovngarde and have an immeasurable ripple effect.

Nature Area - Dibella God of Beauty, is said to have Bathed there herself from time to time. Even the Gods, like to stay clean.

Throne Room - Belonging to the Mighty Talos, God of Man and War. Talos hasn't been sighted since the last battle for the Citadel took place. It is said he is

stuck somewhere in an eternal battle with the invaders.

Extra Information/Purpose:

It's a Mead Hall in Sovngarde, an expansion of Sovngarde where the player, you - can go explore and glimpse into the happenings in these Halls.

It can be used as a home and there are some facilities for the player to use, but that's not the mods primary purpose.
