To me, it didn't make sense for the Stormcloaks to have a standardized uniform, especially since it is the northern more inhospitable regions of Skyrim that are mainly rebelling. I picture the Stormcloaks as a ragtag band of hardened warriors who are defending their way of life as they see it, not a well-organized military with uniforms like the Legion has so I tried to correct this.
Side Note: For this mod to work properly it is best to start a new game. If you decide to use it in an existing game NPCs may appear with items of clothing missing, this can be fixed with console commands. Open the console, click on the person missing clothing, type kill, then resurrect, and that should fix the issue.
