Did you ever wonder why any bandit can jam a skeever on a spit and get a charred skeever hide but the Dragonborn can't? Out of such imponderables was this mod born. Along the way it became the repository for all my skeever related tweaks. What this mod does:

It adds a novice "Summon Skeever " spellbook, found on a table in the torturers room in Helgen. The cost to summon is the same as the Summon Familiar spell but the summoned skeever is a slightly tougher and more useful low level minion.

It adds an apprentice "Summon Venomfang Skeever" spellbook and a staff, found on a the corpse of a Forsaken Exile in the entrance to Bleak Falls Barrow.

It adds a skeever hide, skeever heads, and skeever haunches to the list of things you find on a dead skeever. You may even find the fabled Skeezoar, a stone useful in making potions to cure diseases. All of these items can be used at a cooking pot to create alchemical or food items. You can also turn the skeever hides into leather strips at a tanning rack if you so choose. All recipe have conditions set so that they will not be visible if you don't have the required items in your inventory. For instance, if you don't have a skeever hide on you, you won't see the option to turn it into a charred skeever hide.
