This mod implements a neat little display room with 30 mannequins up in the sky. It’s located in MzulftExteriorB01 exterior on a cozy little cloud. It can be accessed via the “Dimensional Rift” spell, which can be bought of the court wizards. These are “Madena” in Dawnstar, “Calcelmo” in Markarth, “Sybille Stentor” in Solitude, “Farengar Secret-Fire” in Whiterun and “Wuunferth the Unliving” in Windhelm. The purchase price is 1.400 gold. The “Dimensional Rift” spell can be cast at any time to switch back and forth between your last location and the display room. According to my personal experience, this can even be done during quest events without causing any problems. It is also possible to quick travel from the display room to any location. This is a great option to conveniently escape out of a dungeon you can’t find the exit (Happens to me all the time^^).

Installation:

Simply extract the.esp as well as the scripts folder to your data folder. This can be done manually or with NMM.

Recommendations:

I recommend to use the “Vanilla Mannequin Script Fix v2_2”, which can be downloaded here:

It fixes a variety of issues (the most annoying one for me was disappearing items) of the vanilla mannequin script. It also allows to change the poses of the mannequins, or alternatively set them to “Living Mode”, which makes them look like living NPCs. To change the mode of your mannequin, you have to crouch, draw your weapon and then activate it.
