Adds 8 new locations for the Dragonborn to stay during their questing, with purchasable Upgrades and linked storage, comes with 2 followers/trainers, new merchant, and a new guild, claim safe houses either by force or through buying them, Requires all 3 DLC, At it's current state it is more of a proof of concept but still functional

Head to the newly added Fort Dowel Located on the road between helgen and pinewatch, opposite where Bandits ambush you after you loot a chest, Here you will find an near empty HQ of the new Mercenary Guild, to the left there will be a map with all the safe houses on it, activate them to add them to your map, Speak to victor to purchase Upgrades for the HQ and Safe Houses, Buy one to effect all the locations, if there is an item on the desk infront of him, there is still a upgrade, but if the dialog does not come up, then you don't have enough gold.

To claim most safe house you will either need to kill all the bandits out side, or sneak in, then activate the rolled up Banner on the self to change the banners out side and let the guild take over.

Two safe Houses require to be purchased for 1000 gold each, one replaces the destroyed house next to the whiterun watch tower, this can be purchased from the steward, The second is located near Soljund's Sinkhole, you will need to clear the mine before the inn keeper will allow you to convert the Inn in to a safe house.

There are 5 storage contains available across the safe Houses:

• Primary Storage, Available from the start, but has a limit of 150
• Secondary Storage, Available from Vincent for 600 gold, also has a limit of 150
• Alchemy Storage, can store bottomless amounts of ingredients and potions, Available From Vincent after buying the alchemy table
• tertiary Storage, Available from Vincent for 1000 gold, also has a limit of 150
• Follower Packs, Comes with the recruits, holds 150, can be accessed via the safe houses, or by asking one of the recruits

There are no quest at the moment so you can capture them in any order
