A Cellar in Riverwood

This is the first mod I have ever attempted to make, so please be kind with your comments:)  I started it to add a simple player home for myself but then got into learning modding more than playing.  I thought I would share with community to get your feedback.

I have Navmeshed everything, but again it was was first time so if you find any bugs please let me know.

Conflicts

This may conflict with any other mods that modify the same cells in Riverwood, mainly the island across the bridge.

Description

An abandoned cellar in Riverwood will make a great place to rest and store your goods, but it is locked and cannot be picked.  Find the owner who will "give you" the key and it's your new home base until you can afford to move on, or make it your forever home!

Find its owner Fritjov and he will provide you  with the key to his cellar and all the treasures within.  It will then be your home and all his treasures will be yours!

To help you find him - You don't think that Lucan only sent one person after his claw, do you?  And since the door was still well guarded when you got there, Fritjov may not have made it inside...
