A small house near Riverwood and Whiterun. Good for storage early on in the game, we all horde so that is very important. Has some potions and food for you to take on your journey and can be accessed as soon as you are done with Helgen.
Outside includes a tanning rack and a chair, along with some barrels.
Inside main floor you have a bed, a cooking pot, and a couple storage chests and containers. Some food and gold are scattered around.
In the basement you have an armory where you can store your weapons and armor in containers. You can get some basic hide gear and iron weapons and a bow along with potions.
Enjoy,
Note: This is my first attempt at modding, so expect some errors. Nothing too big but some things may look weird.
