Adds leg armour to General Tullius' armour and/or the Penitus Oculatus armour. The Tullius armour uses the legs from elven armour (or alternatively brown thieves guild armour) and the Penitus Oculatus armour uses the legs from the black thieves guild leader armour. It will use whatever textures you have installed for those armour pieces.
This replaces the original model.
Choose only one file to use depending on if you want elven or leather legs for Tullius, and if you want to replace both Tullius and Penitus Oculatus or only one. Make sure you download the right file to get the changes you intended!
