This is a version of GoodRomeo'sPenitus Oculatus Outpost Overhaul with some improvements. The NPCs no longer have black faces and NPCs have better routines, better stats, and have been added to the haafingar crime faction. It is an esp replacer and does not require the main mod due to goodromeo very nicely leaving his mod permissions open. The tower has been navmeshed and a trapdoor has been added to the top of the tower so you can go to the top although NPCs will not use it for some reason. The navmeshes around the outpost have been improved although I am a novice navmesher so they may be suboptimal. This mod requires USSEP. Bug reports welcome. If you like this please consider Endorsing GoodRomeo's mod seeing as he did most of the work!
TODO: Add a quest that triggers once Destroy the Dark Brotherhood is completed that gives you the key and makes taking things from the storeroom not stealing.
