Patch for Amulets of Nine Divines Renewal to apply its changes to shrine blessings.
There's also an option to re-include the Fortify Shouts effect into the Blessing of Talos (you will get the incoming/outgoing damage buff if human, and 20% shout cooldown regardless)
The fomod also has a version for Wintersun - Faiths of Skyrim, you will get the new blessing effects with the ability to change your worshiped deity.
