First, a necessary bit of boilerplate. The is the only legitimate location where you should find this mod. If you find it in any other location, particularly if that location has required you to pay to be able to download the mod, be aware that someone who isn't me is providing unauthorised (that is, pirated) and unsupported goods and you should avoid them. It might be nice to tell me about it too:)

The Synod researchers you find in Mzulft while doing the College of Winterhold questline wear standard blue robes. These are perfectly fine, but if you also have Beyond Skyrim: you'll notice that Synod members in Bruma have a rather natty new uniform of their very own. This mod just makes the Mzulft researchers use the Beyond Skyrim Synod outfit. You need to have Beyond Skyrim: Bruma installed.

Because of the way this mod works, you need to have installed it before Mirabelle tells you to go Mzulft, otherwise the researchers you find there will be wearing the same old blue robes the would normally have done, even though this mod is installed. To be on the safe side, it's probably best to make sure it's installed before you've completed Good Intentions so that it's in-place when Revealing the Unseen starts.

To install, use your favourite mod manager. If you use NMM will need a version that supports ESL files, and you can find a link to that in this thread.
