There are two major components to this mod:

First

There are six Enchanted Containers, each will hold a specific type of item.  The containers are located in Riverwood and Whiterun.

The containers are:

Enchanted Book Bag - has a weight of 10 regardless of the number of books it contains

Enchanted Gem Sack - has a weight of 1, holds gems and jewelry (note that certain items of jewelry from other mods might not go in)

Enchanted Ingredient Pouch - has a weight of 5, holds all of your potion ingredients

Enchanted Medicine Bag - has a weight of 5, holds all of your potions

Enchanted Ore Sack - has a weight of 30, holds all of your ore, scraps (see below), and lumps (see below)

Enchanted Scroll Case - has a weight of 1, holds all of your scrolls

In addition, this mod provides the opportunity to convert some stolen items into scraps which can then be converted to Ingots.  Thus allowing you to easily dispose of your pilfered items and gain a bit of smithing experience in the process.

Second

If you are a stealthy player with sticky fingers, sometimes it can be difficult to sell your pilfered goods.  This mod allows you to use a Forge to convert many stolen items (mostly Vases, Urns, Plates, Goblets, Platters, etc. made from valuable substances) into scraps of their raw ingredient, for example a Silver Platter is converted into a number of silver scraps.  These scraps can then be converted into a Silver Ingot (The number of scraps depends on the metal).  In the process of converting the stolen item into unrecognizable scraps you will gain a bit of Smithing experience.  (NOTE:  The scraps may be placed in the Enchanted Ore Sack but not the original item or the Ingots)

Ever find yourself carrying 1000 Iron Arrows?  Want an option besides dumping them?  This mod allows you to use a Forge to salvage arrow heads into lumps.  These lumps can be stored in the Enchanted Ore Sack or converted into ingots.  This comes in handy if you are working to accumulate Iron to make all the fittings and hinges and such for your new house.  Each arrow is converted into 1 lump, it takes 24 lumps to make an Ingot.
