>You need the normal helmet first. Then go to a smith in the category section and find "Invisible [...] Helmet". It requires the normal helmet for exchange.

>No, only for iron, hide, steel(A)*, elven, dwarven, glass, steelplate, ebony, deadric, dragonscale & dragonplate.
*Steel(A) means the more historic looking steel helmet.
