Mods that edit housecarl armors - Not compatible, choose that or this.
Mods that edit the housecarl appearances( face or hair) - Compatible with a patch, load this before or after then in xEdit, drag/drop the outfits from this mod to the appearance/patch mod
Mods that add unique spells that summon powerful creatures into skyim - Might be compatible and sounds pretty cool
Mods that make everyone into big tiddy anime girl - Might be compatible with a patch, not judging.
