He was the greatest master of the voice until his hunger of power overwhelm him.

You can read his story in his book, THE EXILE.

--- IT IS RECOMENDED TO BE LEVEL 65 AT LEAST ---

• - - WHAT THIS MOD DOES? ---

Adds a new mini quest after reading the book THE EXILE, you can find the book in High Hrotgar.

The scrip to show the quest on compass does not work, so when you read the book, a new location will appear in your map, you can fast travel there and after a small search you will find Hoenir. He is a high level NPC but it will be easy to kill if you use BOW AND SNEAKING.

He also can be your follower if you dont kill him, but this is a little tricky,  YOU MUST STOP FIGHT RIGHT AFTER HE ENTERS IN BLEEDOUT (KNEE ON THE FLOOR), only in that moment he will change his AI and then you will be able to talk to him and make him your follower, IF YOU CONTINUE THE FIGHT AFTER THE BLEEDOUT HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE YOUR FOLLOWER, you must be compassive and stop the fight right in the bleedout.

THE QUEST WILL ONLY FINISH IF YOU KILL HIM, because he is actually a menace to Skyrim.

Enjoy.
