Adds a new craftable and temperable glowing and pulsating greatsword or Ebony Blade (or Stormfang) replacer.

The standalone version has stats slightly superior to the dragonbone greatsword and unique crafting and temper recipes.
You will need the daedric smithing perk to craft it.
