Introduction
Draugr cannot run anymore. They also cannot do disarm and unrelenting force shouts anymore, as well as no more frost atronach summons. They can still do leaping attacks. I tried to make the draugr more zombie-like with these changes.

Compatibility
Incompatible with mods that edit the draugr templates and/or draugr move data.
Without a patch, the latest mod in the load order will overwrite the
