I found the base "Summon Spectral Assassin" Power in the Dark Brotherhood questline to be very lackluster and boring, and frankly a little annoying. So I set out to reach the powers full potential. The Spectral Assassin himself has gotten a makeover to look as close to Lucien Lachance (his real Identity) from Oblivion as I could make him, I changed his face, outfit, and weapon. Some of his cooler one time voice lines have been adjusted to be situational and said more often, as well as most of the rest of his voice lines, and most have been set to only be said once a day, so he's now much less annoying.Since summons don't have much of a place in being sneaky anyway, I decided to go all out on the combat implications for the Spectral Assassin, his new weapons enchantment makes it far more effective against humanoid characters, considering his vast knowledge of assassination, he has been given a teleport spell (though he likes to use it like a smoke screen sometimes), and my favorite part, he now has summons of his own. Lucien will summon his dark brothers and sisters to your aid in your time of need. After completing the quest "Death Incarnate", he will also summon the spirits of your fallen dark brothers and sisters, as well as a few souls you sent to Sithis yourself, in their ultimate forms. All the Spectral Assassins new summons are:

From Skyrim

Arnbjorn (In Companion attire or as a Werewolf)

Astrid

Gabriella

Veezara

Festus Krex (As a young man)

Lis

Gaius Maro

Alain Dufont

Hern

From Oblivion (not named in game due to possible copyright infringement)

Vicente Valtieri

Ungolim

Mathieu Bellamont

Arquen

Ocheeva

J'Ghasta

M'raaj-Dar

Shaleez

Gogron gro-Bolmog

Antoinetta Marie

There are also 2 new spell books added that can be bought by Babbette, "Summon void Spirit" which summons a generic DB assassin to fight for you, and "Summon Shade of Sithis" which summons a cool black skeleton mage I found but to my knowledge was unused in game.
