Restores a cut location which the creation kit refers to as 'BearsCaveMill', although no bear cave appears here. The location name is just its nickname as a person who is referred to as 'Eyldi The Bear' was supposed to appear here, (she is even referenced by guards if the stormcloaks control Falkreath)
It has been referenced by a few sources in game, an example of this is in the "note to authorities" in an unmarked shack.
The location is located just south of Pinewatch.
This is a pretty bland mod I just made it for those who want to restore cut game content.
