Approach and press 'e' to mount like a horse
Unlike a horse you remain at the location where you chose to mount.
you can freely move around and scout the area with little to zero chance of being attacked.
once you press 'e' again your scout will remain where it is and you will go back to where you first chose to mount.

note: does not have much health if id does get hit however if you have the spell you can revive it.
