Proper Smoke

In the base game, cigarette smoke is stuck to your face: it turns with your

head and trails after wherever you look, and it comes out in one puff every

half second whatever you are doing.

With this mod:

• The smoke stays where you left it. Turn around and it hangs in the air

behind you.

• You breathe it out. With the cigarette between your teeth you take a

small draw, breathe the smoke out slowly and forward, and a thin wisp rises

from the tip in between.

• No smoke while you draw. Hold the button and you are breathing in, so

nothing comes out. Let go and you breathe out a bigger cloud.

Only the look of the smoke changes. Smoking works exactly as before.

Settings

BepInEx/config/ekem.propersmoke.cfg

• Debug.DebugLogging: writes to the BepInEx log which particle systems the

mod found and what it did with them. Off by default.

Compatibility

It only touches the smoke from a cigarette in your hands, so it should work

alongside other mods. It needs nothing but BepInEx.
