Z Ikes Tame Cardpack

This cardpack is focused on unchaotic upgrades that kind of make sense. This is to make each choice seem less decisive and more thought inducing.

This cardpack is meant to be used solely without other cardspacks or the vanilla cards. It it meant give a new dynamic to the game where each choice matters.

I fixed "Light Shields" and "Delete Shields" as they were not working properly. I rebalanced "Trigger Finger" to have a bullet spread and to have a slower attack speed.

There are a few other tweaks that I cannot remember.
