God i miss late 90s early 2000s ain't it? This was the best time for all sorts of media such as Music, movies, video games, etc. We got such gems such as, Kingdom Hearts, Linkin Park, Treasure Planet, Dragon Ball Z (The Funimation English Dub), Codename: Kids Next Door, and all that good bollucks. And speaking of music, i made this mod to revisit your nostalgia fuel... in a unique way of doing so! This contains late 90s to late 2000s music from that very era, but these tracks are probably came from underrated music albums you didn't know of or you haven't listened to them at all. Also these music tracks packed in this mod ranging from obscure, weird, intense, etc from some genres of the 2000s to late 90s. This may also include old 90s/00s tracker amiga music which are hella underrated as fuck. This will also include downtempo/triphop/jazz/world fusion music in the mod.

Notice: At 1.2.7 update there will be new music tracks from an artist that i really love besides Thomas Hale's Portal Theory.

Some Backstory. ##

Before i started making this mod i wanna be clear that i do this for fun of making them. I don't take it seriously when it comes to my first shitpost of my music mod (really bad by the way) and other junk. This used to be a sequel of my shitpost music mod, but got turned into something else entirely different. A Y2K music mod, but for underrated/obscure music you don't remember listening to when you were younger. Now i'm very busy playing my modded games and i don't often update my mod anymore due to my old 240GB SSD suffered a digital heart failure several months ago. But when i do update this mod, i do it for fun and love.

Keep in mind, i really want to make better mods (not just music mods but even bigger mods.) but due to a lack in coding experience i was only going to make music mods for now. I do this at my own free time and update the mod whenever i feel like it. Now, i think i reached a pivotal moment for my mod and i want to learn on how to implement Risk of Options support into the music mod so people can adjust the volume with ease without modifying the xml file itself. After this final update (1.3.0), i want to give my mod to a new owner who wants to maintain it for the foreseeable future or archive it for future generations to experience. Author's Note (September 2024) ##

I finally managed to convert music files from FLAC to MP3 through foobar2000. To be serious, if i had done this earlier this update would've been called 'Final Devotion Update of August 2024'and it would be still be compatible with the Devotion update. Now? Well, since Seekers of the Storm has dropped not too much ago my music pack needs updating so i wouldn't call this abandoned. I'm still supporting this mod to this very day and i'm not giving it up unless Gearbox fucks with something that even to myself i couldn't fix. Anyways, with that out of the way i just need to thank everyone who's supporting this music mod through the entirety of both 2023 and 2024. Seriously, y'all guys are fucking awesome! Until then, i'll see you when i update this music mod again. Cheers!

(1.2.71) SotS Update part 2! I goofed up the release of the mod by not adding in battle tracks for DLC2's first new stage so now i've fixed it by adding in two new tracks from Ebisu Shokudou's Hawk's Nail [2007] album and Dream Dolphin's album, Rebirth 2 ~ Frontiers [2000]. Sorry that i took so long on releasing this fix. I haven't played the game in months.
