Money and XP Multiplier

Less grind, same game.

Money multiplier and XP multiplier for Risk of Rain 2: gold from kills, barrels and money pickups and the experience your team earns are multiplied, x2 to x10 (default x2 each). More chests per stage, faster levels. Change either one in game with a key press.

Also known as: money mod, more gold, gold multiplier, faster leveling.

What it does

• Gold from kills, barrels and money pickups is multiplied. Default x2 (1-10).
• All experience your team earns is multiplied. Default x2 (1-10).
• It goes through the game's own team gold and team XP functions, so gold is split between players as normal and item effects keep working.
• Not multiplied, on purpose: starting money, Shrine of Blood and item gold (Roll of Pennies, Brittle Crown, Executive Card cash-back), so there are no endless-money loops.
• Two keys change the multipliers while you play; the new value shows on screen for a moment and is kept for next time.

Both keys and both lists can be changed in the config. Risk of Rain 2 binds no numpad key by default (its keyboard controls are WASD, Space, Left Ctrl, Left Shift, E, Q, R, Tab, G and Z; Enter or Numpad Enter opens the chat), and popular mods use F1-F3. Numpad * and / work with Num Lock on or off.

Offline only, and no leaderboard runs

• Works in solo and local split-screen runs. In online lobbies nothing is changed, so no other player is ever affected.
• While this mod is installed, Prismatic Trials scores are never submitted (it sets the game's own cheat flag) and the Prismatic Trials leaderboard view stays empty.
• Your game counts as modded while this mod is installed (the game's own flag): a * after the build number, and online lobbies you host carry the game's "mod" tag.
• Achievements, unlocks and Eclipse levels still count as normal in these runs: the mod neither blocks nor awards them.

BepInEx/config/offtheclock.ror2moneyxp.cfg (created on first launch):

• Gold / Experience - default 2 / 2 (1-10)
• GoldCycleKey / ExperienceCycleKey - default KeypadMultiply / KeypadDivide (Unity key names; None = no key)
• GoldSteps / ExperienceSteps - default "1, 2, 3, 5, 10"
• ShowOnScreenNotice - default true
