Adds a skin for Railgunner featuring Loona from Helluva Boss with physics for the tail, hair, and ears.

Installation
R2modman is recommended.
Manual:
- Download and install BepInExPack
- Extract the "LoonaRailgunner" dll to your plugins folder
- Have fun!

安裝與使用 安裝：BepInEx 外掛
