A cracked devotional icon that answers only to the storm.

Chain lightning through a pack, pin the biggest threat with a spear of lightning, and bank every Electrocute as a Static Charge.

Then spend the bank: on a Thunderbolt that rides your next spear, or on a charged Gaze that opens with a blast.

What's new in 1.2

Gaze of the Hollow is rebuilt around your Static Charges.

• Charge it up. Hold Special and your stored charges spiral into the crown one at a time, each with a rising power-up sound. Aim while you gather.
• Open with a blast. The beam opens by firing every charge you drew in at once. The crown flares and kicks back, a wave rides down the beam and the hit grows bigger and wider with every charge (600% per charge).
• Surge on demand. During the beam, hold Primary to load up to three charges and release to fire them as one surge (400% per charge).
• Watch your feet. Every surge also drops a bolt onto the closest enemy within 14 m, so whatever closes in under the hover gets hit while you aim elsewhere.

Also in 1.2: a 3D Stormspear impact that grows with charge, Static Charges that wait for you instead of discharging on their own, an Open Circuit crown whose lightning crawls over the terrain, a new mastery skin (Crimson Vow), a sound and visual cleanup and shorter, clearer skill text. Early access: Hollow Saint is still being tuned, so expect balance changes and the occasional bug. Your feedback shapes the next patch. In-game skill descriptions always show the numbers for your current settings.

Answered Prayer Passive

Your hits build Static on enemies. Full Static Electrocutes: the enemy is shocked and the arc jumps to its neighbours. Every Electrocute stores a Static Charge (up to five). A full bank turns your next Stormspear throw into a Thunderbolt, and Gaze spends charges on its blasts and surges. Charges never go off on their own.

Arc Bolt Primary

Snap a bolt that chains to up to three more enemies. It is your steady pressure and the fastest way to spread Static across a group.

Stormspear Secondary

Hold to form a spear of lightning, release to throw. It sticks in what it hits, then bursts in a dome of lightning that grows with charge. A full charge also calls a lightning strike, and a full Static bank turns it into a Thunderbolt.

Arc Step Utility

Blink a short way in any direction, even mid-air. Look up to climb, and jump out of a step to keep its momentum. Two charges: one to find an angle, one to get out.

Gaze of the Hollow Special

Hold to draw your Static Charges into the crown, then rise and channel a piercing beam for seven seconds. The beam opens by firing everything you gathered in one blast. While it burns, hold and release Primary for surges, each with a lock-on bolt at the nearest enemy. You take less damage while you gather and channel. Tap Special to skip the charge-up; Special or UI Cancel ends the beam early, and Utility exits straight into your Arc Step.

Open Circuit Alternate special

Open the halo into a crown that strikes everything around you for ten seconds while you keep fighting. Stormspear charges much faster under it, and a fully charged crown spear calls a Thunderbolt. Enemies that stay inside for three seconds take an extra zap.
