Halcyonite Shrine Tweaks

Allows configurable tweaks to certain ways the Halcyon Shrine works, based on requests from a commission from the Risk of Rain 2 Modding Discord.

It's a little scuffed, but generally should work. Balancing may be wonky.

Changes

• Remove the Halcyon Shrine entirely (disabled by default)
• Changes the Halcyonite to instead be a gilded stone titan (enabled by default, can be disabled)
• Nerfs the special scaling of the Halcyon Shrine minibosses (enabled by default, can be disabled)
• Allows customization of the amount of gold needed for each tier and how much gold it takes and how quickly (default is vanilla values).
• Allows you to disable the "biased" drop pool that makes the halcyon shrine pick from SOTS items mainly, picking instead from the general drop pool (disabled by default, can be enabled in config)

Planned Future Changes

• Adding the option to skip the mini boss entirely
• Adjustable radius of the gold sphere
