Artifact of Pandemonium

Adds a new artifact: Artifact of Pandemonium.

When enabled, at the start of each run:

• Randomly enables a number of your other unlocked artifacts, regardless of their selected state in the lobby.
• Artifact of Sacrifice is never selected and is always forced off.
• The first 2 artifacts chosen (after shuffling) are always enabled.
• Every other artifact starts with a 35% chance to be enabled — each successful enable halves the chance for the next one, so the chaos tapers off the more artifacts are already active.
• Grants all players Petrichor V's Blessing — a set of three random bonuses that changes every stage:
• Each stage, 3 of the 4 possible buffs are active: move speed, attack speed, gold earned, and chest spawns.
• The magnitude of each buff is randomized within a range.
• The more artifacts you have unlocked, the stronger the blessing becomes.
• Active buffs are announced in chat at the start of each stage.

Warning: if you have fewer than 2 other artifacts unlocked, Pandemonium has nothing to work with — enemy level scaling is forced to its maximum immediately. Unlock more artifacts first.

Compatibility

Works in multiplayer. Artifact randomization and blessing values are computed server-side and announced to all players via chat.
