Chevy Chase Skatepark

A sunny neighbourhood skatepark for ReSkate, by forestmouse: a concrete park with ledges, a hubba, flat bars,

handrails, banks and stairs, plus a whole block of streets around it to skate - curbs, planters, a plaza with rails

and ledges, houses, trees and palms. The park lamps switch on in the evening and at night. Light map, smooth FPS.

Requirements

• skate. (Steam) with ReSkate 1.1 or newer installed.
• The map is built for the current skate. build; if the game updates, a rebuilt version may be needed.

Install

With a mod manager: install it like any other ReSkate map.

Manually:

• Create the folder \Mods\forestmouse-Chevy_Chase_Skatepark

(for example C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skate\Mods\forestmouse-Chevy_Chase_Skatepark).

• Extract everything from the zip into that folder (manifest.json, layout.toc, Win32,... sit directly inside it).
• Start the game through ReSkate, then Pause menu -> CUSTOM STUFF -> Chevy Chase Skatepark.

To uninstall, delete the folder from Mods.

Notes

• Rails, ledges, curbs and planters are grindable; round rails grind as round rails.
• The streets are blocked at two road blocks (a fallen tree with a van and a bus, and two parked buses).
