Welcome to the R.E.P.O. bHaptics Mod! This mod enhances your gameplay experience in R.E.P.O by integrating immersive haptic feedback using the bHaptics TactSuit. Feel every action, every impact, and every moment of danger as they happen in the game. The bHaptics vest brings a new dimension of immersion to your tactical operations, making combat more visceral and engaging.

This mod translates key in-game events into haptic sensations, allowing you to physically experience the intensity of combat scenarios alongside the visual and audio feedback.

Currently Working Features

Gun Feedback

Feel the recoil and impact of your weapons! Every shot fired sends haptic feedback to the TactSuit, giving you tactile confirmation of your weapon's firing.

Grab Feedback

Experience physical feedback when grabbing objects or interacting with items in the environment. The haptic vest responds to your in-game interactions with realistic touch sensations.

Death Feedback

When your operative falls in combat, the bHaptics vest delivers a distinctive impact pattern that conveys the gravity of defeat. This intense feedback serves as a powerful indicator of mission failure.

Upgrade Feedback

Receive celebratory haptic patterns when successfully acquiring upgrades or completing objectives. These positive feedback patterns enhance the sense of progression and achievement.

Per-Enemy Feedback

Have a generic set of damage haptics such as High, Medium, Low.

Staff Feedback

All 3 of the new Staff have there own haptics

Bhaptics auto Starts

With the mod install bhaptics player auto starts and reconnects if there is connections issues

Player mode aware

Single Player and Multiplayer should now both work.

Specific enemy Haptics

-Heart Hugger has a lure haptic effect that drags you close

-Floater Alien Haptics has a haptic for levatation and smash haptics

Issues fixed

Fix localization of haptics. Now only when you player does the actions such as death, Gun firing, upgrades will you feel the haptics. Instead of when ever any one in the lobby performs the actions.

Specific Item Feedback

• Tailored haptic responses for collecting specific items
• Unique sensations for different loot such as the radio

AI Disclaimer

• DLL to kick off events for bhaptic Player Made with AI
• Haptics are hand made

Installation & Setup

Requires BepInExPack v5.4.2

• Drop BepInExPack into the games directory
• Run the game
• Drop the BepInExPack Folder in to the game directory this will move the bhaptic_library.dll and RepoEventbhaptic.dll.
• Start the bHpatics Player
• Start the game.
• Enjoy!
