Strains:* Heat, Thorns, and a lit stick of dynamite dropping right at your feet

• Caldera

Strains:* Hunger, Heat, and Thermal Shock (Don't let your temperature deviate from normal)

• The Kiln

Strains:* Injury, Curse, Intense Heat, Webbing, and Petrification

• Gloom

Strains:* Drowsy, Numbness... and a Big Ghost spawns right behind you

• The Citadel

Strains:* Injury, Curse, Petrification, Numbness, Loss of balance,???, and losing grip on your held items

• Nadir

Strains:* Injury, Curse, Blindness, Ragdoll, losing grip on your held items, and a temporary loss of your humanity
