🪂 PEAK Fall Velocity FIX
A work-in-progress patch for PEAK that attempts to fix a bug where fall velocity increases infinitely in certain situations.
⚠️ Warning: This mod is experimental and hasn't been thoroughly tested. It may introduce more issues than it fixes. Use at your own risk.
📖 Description
This mod addresses an issue in PEAK where fall velocity can increase without limit, particularly after sliding down steep terrain or jumping repeatedly on slopes. The goal is to cap or correct this behaviour to prevent unexpected deaths from what should be minor falls.
This mod is not guaranteed to be stable and is still in early development. Feedback and testing are welcome.

🧩 Installation
⚡ Using a Mod Manager (Recommended)
- Install Mod Manager or r2modman
- Search for "PEAK Fall Velocity FIX" and click Install
💾 Manual Installation
- Download the latest release.zip page
- Extract the contents into your game’s BepInEx/plugins/ directory
- Launch the game
🧪 Known Issues
- This mod may interfere with other movement-related mods
- Untested in multiplayer
- May cause odd behaviour on surfaces with complex collision

安裝與使用 安裝：BepInEx 外掛
- 本站下載的壓縮包就是模組本體，通常是 BepInEx 外掛（解壓後得到 .dll 或外掛資料夾）。
- 建議流程：用社群模組管理器（如 r2modman）選中本遊戲後匯入該模組，管理器會自動裝好 BepInEx 前置並處理依賴。
