Everything is configured with the F10 panel — your Twitch channel, the voice, and

the ElevenLabs key if you use one. You never need to touch a config file.

Bing Bong reads your Twitch chat out loud — with his mouth animated and the message

shown on his floating subtitle.

Reading chat is anonymous: no token, no OAuth, no bot account, no API key. You only

type your channel name. The mod can only read chat, never post.

How it works

Ask Bing Bong a question and, instead of one of his 26 canned lines, he says the newest

message from your chat. The line is synced to everyone in the room over Photon, so your

friends see and hear it too (they need the mod installed as well).

Not hearing anything? Press F10 and check that your channel is filled in.

Babble takes Bing Bong's own sound files, slices them into ~120 ms blips and fires

one per syllable, with the pitch derived from the letters. It sounds like him talking

without forming real words — the Animal Crossing trick. Fully offline, no account.

ElevenLabs actually reads the message. Requires your own API key, set in the config

file. If it fails for any reason — no credits, no connection, bad key — the mod falls

back to Babble automatically. It never goes silent.

Setup

Read this first: the mod ships pre-filled with the channel mrfalll. Out of the

box it will read that channel's chat, not yours. Change it to your own before

using it, or you will be listening to someone else's stream.

The easy way — press F10 in game. A panel opens where you type your Twitch channel

and, optionally, your ElevenLabs key. Hit Save and it reconnects right away. The key is

masked so it does not leak on stream, and it is stored only on your machine.

Prefer the config file?

• Launch the game once so the config file is created
• Open BepInEx/config/rodr313.bingbongtwitch.cfg
• Replace the channel with yours:

Playing with friends? They install the mod and leave Channel empty — only the

streamer needs to read chat. The lines reach them through the game's network.

Leave VoiceId empty the first time — the mod uses the first voice on your account and

writes the full list of voices and ids to the log so you can pick another.

Never share your config file: whoever has your key spends your credits.

Safety

Chat messages are third-party content, so they are sanitised before being displayed:

control characters are stripped and `` are replaced, so nobody can inject

TextMeshPro rich-text tags to hide text or break the subtitle layout.

Credits

Made for the PEAK community. Chat is read over plain anonymous IRC; the offline voice is

synthesised from the game's own Bing Bong audio.
