Installation
- 1 Download BepInEx
- 2 Download Outward Config Manager
- 3 Download SideLoader
- 4 Unpack the contents of the zip file into the...OutwardDefinitiveEd\\BepInEx\\plugins\\permittivity-journalnotebook

Information
There is a lightning chakram called Light Mender's Chakram. It can be crafted with 2 gold lich mechanisms, 1 ornate chakram, and 1 pure chitin.
The chakram does 22 physical damage and does an aoe lightning explosion that does 22 lightning damage. It has 42 impact and is in all other ways a regular chakram weapon.

- 0.1.0 Early version: A version that is functional and tested for singleplayer use. All it does is add the chakram and the recipe
