現在，統計進展更多地取決於總部和跟蹤會話而不是年齡。
改善率特徵現在很重要，而市場性特徵則較少受到懲罰。
所有司機的提升率提高了50。

Updated for 1.3, though I’m not sure what effect all of the 1.3 changes have had. A lot of driver peaks were changed.

Old drivers will stay competitive for longer.
Stat progression now depends much more on HQ and track sessions than age.
Improvement Rate traits are now important, and Marketability traits are less punishing.
All drivers improvement rate increased by 50.
