About

Hell Company is a modpack specially curated, configured, and balanced by hand to ensure a new yet familiar Lethal Company experience. Featuring 47 select mods, Hell Company adds in three new moons, two new interiors, dozens of new items, and multiple new mechanics to keep the game fresh while staying true to the vanilla art style and design philosophy.

Installation

I highly recommend using r2modman for installation. Simply create a new profile using the mod manager, then click the "Install with Mod Manager" button on this page to install the modpack.

DO NOT install in a pre-existing profile. Support will not be offered to anyone running any mods not included in the modpack or installing the modpack in a pre-existing profile, due to the numerous issues that could occur if one were to attempt it.

Playing the Modpack

You can launch the modpack through r2modman by clicking the "Start modded" button in the top left corner of the mod manager while the modpack's profile is active. Once you are in the game's main menu, the button in the bottom right corner can be used to customize your character with cosmetics. Otherwise, create or join a lobby like you would in vanilla.

Due to the sheer number of mods and changes they make, I am unable to describe every single change that is made in the modpack. However, here is a list of the largest changes which should help you get started:

• If lights flicker and turn off at seemingly random, that is an indication that the Bracken is near. Tread carefully.
• If a centipede is latched onto a fellow crewmember's head, press the Use button ("E" by default) rapidly to help them free.
• All vanilla suits are unlocked by default, as well as many new suits to help organize your crew.
• Removing the apparatus has far more disastrous consequences, however the apparatus is worth more than triple its original value.
• All moons, vanilla and modded, are completely free.
• New crewmembers can join in the middle of a quota, however only while you are between planets; not while you are on one.
• Missions can be viewed through the "Missions" command in the terminal. Complete these extra challenges to earn money while on the job.
• Collecting scrap will earn you experience. When you gain enough experience and level up, you can spend skill points in the "Skills" menu, accessible through the pause menu, to increase various stats.
• An emote wheel can be accessed by holding down the "V" key (changeable in options).
• Holding down the "Alt" key (changeable in options) can be used to access the slot in the bottom right corner of your screen, reserved for your flashlight.
• Dead players have a swarm of flies surrounding them.

Lastly, if you are hosting a lobby with this modpack, please prefix it with "[Hell]" to help other players identify lobbies hosting Hell Company.
