In the mythological land of Californimania, the Newsomian sages decreed: No scary black rifles! Yet the cunning gunsmiths of Usonia found numerous ways to create scary black rifles that weren't quite as scary. By combining ingenuity with a dose of cringe, they created parts that made the scary black rifles legal to own in Californimania.
But one day, a maddened old wizard decided that, just to be completely safe, he was going to combine every Californimania-compliant rifle component he could find into one rifle. If one component made the scary black rifle legal, surely more would make it super-extra legal?
The world was not ready for the hideous abomination that followed.
Named the "MAXIMUM COMPLIANCE," this is a custom AR15 that combines a wide variety of components and modifications. Any one of these would turn a normal AR15 into a legal 'featureless' rifle, but let's put them all together, why not?
For the curious, the MAXIMUM COMPLIANCE consists of the following components:
- FightLite SCR reciever
- FRS-15 Gen II Stock (attached via a 3D printed AR15 lower chopped in half)
- Cross Armory Fixed Magazine (specifically using a ten round mag)
- BW Loader Stripper Clip
- Kali-Key Straight-Pull charging handle conversion
- And a wooden foregrip because more wood = more legal, right?

安裝與使用 安裝：BepInEx 外掛
- 本站下載的壓縮包就是模組本體，通常是 BepInEx 外掛（解壓後得到 .dll 或外掛資料夾）。
- 建議流程：用社群模組管理器（如 r2modman）選中本遊戲後匯入該模組，管理器會自動裝好 BepInEx 前置並處理依賴。
- 手動流程：先在遊戲目錄裝好 BepInEx 載入器，再把解壓出的 .dll 或外掛資料夾放進 BepInEx/plugins/。
- 啟動遊戲，BepInEx 控制台會列印載入日誌；確認這個模組出現在日誌裡即為安裝成功。
