Thanks for downloading Villa Santa Ponza! It is located on the main beach road at Vespucci Beach.

The Villa is very modern and secure and has 3 large bedrooms all with own bathrooms and closet areas.

Behind the front main two car garage you will find a main area with terrace looking out at the sea and beach.

The Villa features an open plan main reception area with main living areas and a beautifully detailed kitchen-diner.

-Please do not rate the map low stars simply because it does not work for you. You must check all of the items are installed below as the map and not how you install it!!!

To make sure this mod works 100% with no missing props, it is crucial you install the following-

• Latest ScriptHook V
• Latest ScriptHook V.NET
• OpenIV program
• Latest Map Builder
• Latest Map Editor
• Unlock-all-objects version 1.0 (Needs to be 1.0 NOT 1.1)

MUST HAVE MAP BUILDER + MAP EDITOR IF MAP IS NOT FULLY LOADING!

To install follow these instructions-

• Place "beachouse" into your GTA main directory
• Play GTA game
• Whilst in game open Map Editor using F7 key
• Go to load map and type "beachouse" (May take a up-to 1 min to fully load due to props amount and PC specs)
• Go to the area on the map where the villa is located and ENJOY!
