教程：

去Vespucci海灘的Armwrestling曇花一現，走近舉重牀或Chin up bar按“B”來做Weight Bench或Chin Up。

在健身房周圍按“H”，您可以選擇自由重量，肌肉伸展，仰臥起坐，瑜伽。

B / GTA在線指點 - 做運動

E / Context - 退出你正在做的事情

• Microsoft.NET Framework 4.5.2

This mod brings Gymnasium back to GTA5.

Tutorial:

Go to the Armwrestling blip at Vespucci Beach, walk near to a Weight Bench or Chin up bar press "B" to do Weight Bench or Chin Up.

Press "H" while around the Gymnasium, you can select Free Weights, Muscle Flex, Sit ups, Yoga.

List of keys:

H/Vehicle lights - Bring up menu

B/GTA Online Pointing - Do workout

E/Context - Quit what you're doing

1/Select Weapon Unarmed - Do Free Weights

2/Select Weapon Melee - Do Muscle Flex

3/Select Weapon Shotgun - Do Push Ups

4/Select Weapon Heavy - Do Sit Ups

5/Select Weapon Special - Do Yoga

6/Select Weapon Pistol - Remove Torso

7/Select Weapon SMG - Wear Torso

9/Select Weapon Sniper - Exit Menu

Install:

• Make sure you have all the Requirements Installed.
