在FIB大樓爆炸後，該建築遭到嚴重破壞，需要進行維修。 建築工人被派去修理建築物。 他們封鎖了大樓下方的一大塊公園，並將他們的物資放在封閉的區域。
在房間的頂部是施工人員努力工作。 他們還在起重機的幫助下爲房間帶來了大量的物資。
在文件的README.txt中安裝說明。
After the explosion at the FIB building, the building has been heavily damaged and needs to be repaired. A construction crew is send in to repair the building. They blocked off a chunk of the park underneath the building and placed their supplies in the closed down area.
On top of the room are the construction men hard at work. They also brought alot of supplies to the room with help of the crane.

- 解壓本站下載的壓縮包，先讀包內的 readme / 說明檔案。
