我提出這個選項來管理Mp ped付款，我知道根本沒有必要。
有了這個所有的腳本都拿錢。
功能：
1.在IniFile中存儲資金。
2.Shared Value存儲腳本將花錢的錢。
3.Display Native遊戲幣的變化。
4.檢查付款是否可行。
