Create a folder "47" in your "Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\" path.

If you already have a folder with "47" number, rename with another and not used number.

First of all, scrap all beds, scrap all catrails around the complex, scrap even the blue steel building where you find a trunk and a sofa.

They will be all replaced.

Scrap every crops, and move up somewhere away one or two crop per person (child one and not commandable NPC) or they will not work ever again (without doing things with console or other mods).

In this blueprint i've found difficult building a "village", so i opted again for a mansion, plus a yellow house "for the Warwick family".

After import, you will find:

56 beds

Walls around the complex with 999+ defense.

2 boat to give an impression of "fishing area".

300 energy

80+ food

130 water, all water-pumps are inside the "warwick home".

The top now is reacheable with ladders added with all the new catrails (from SOE mod).

The blue building is replaced with a black one, and it's the barber-shop.

All shops (DLC included) are at the ground-floor.

Cats-traps, dogs-traps, brahmin-traps.

1-2 bar\restaurant: 1 Clintsters Vendor Cash Registers, 1 Slocum's Joe inside the red brick building. No swimming pool, i'm sorry but if i build more terraint to level up it will be a mess of FPS-drop. Just tested before.

Enemy will spawn just outside the walls, i've counted the distance to avoid building in enemy re-spawn area.

Second thing: i've used some mods, but not all are required: you can use vanilla furniture if you want, and ignore some.

So, please, relax. If you don't want use some mods listed it's simple:

don't use them. Use just the main where i've wrote "required".

The rest are just "extra", aesthetics, maybe some good use but still extra.
