This patch:

-Adds tags for both DEF_UI and Horizon to all weapon modifications and notes.

-Decreases the weapons base damage rate from 50 to 42. Slightly higher than normal in order to compensate for the weapons slow rate of fire.

-Decreases the critical damage multiplier from 2x, to Horizons standard of 1.25x.

-Increases the value of the weapon from 40 to 80.

-Decreases the cost of action points from 28 to 22.

-Balances all weapon receivers, stocks, and barrels to be in line with their Horizon counterparts.

-Replaces the 'Calibrated Powerful Receiver' with the 'Advanced Receiver'.

-Replaces the '.38 Receiver' with the Horizon 'Mastercrafted Receiver'.

-Removes the damage penalty from the 'Encased Barrel', keeping weight and range penalties.

-Changes ammunition type to use Horizons ammunition sets.

-Enables ammunition switching through Horizon..50 caliber by default.

-Replaces the crafting recipes and perks with their Horizon counterparts.

-Extends the weapons range to be in line with the Hunting Rifle.

-Adds other miscellaneous balancing tweaks for Horizon.
