Adds the Outfit, Gloves, Skirt (w/physics) and static Head of Darth Maul from his appearance in The Phantom Menance. Male Only.
Version 2 will add a cloak with a hood.

A bit of backclipping towards the belt, and clipping on the Pipboy in 3rd person.
