已任何方式進入戰鬥，再脫離戰鬥後，對話賠錢後，可以交易，但在對話結束後，仍然無法主動對話

Act I: in front of Fort Joy - Beach.
Act II: On the Lady Vengeance in front of the exit.
Act III: On the Lady Vengeance in front of the exit.
Act IV: In front of the Lady Vengeance crash-site/waypoint
