這個mod將軍事工程師視爲後來的遊戲Builder。
爲什麼？主要是因爲人工智能正在建設工程師，目的是爲了建設改進和匆忙的區域和奇蹟，但它不能真正地利用它們。所以，他們只是四處閒逛。現在他們實現了目標。
告別AI工程師的措辭。

建築工人現在已經與軍事工程技術人員一起淘汰（軍事）工程師。
工程師不再需要軍械庫
工程師有3個建設費，稍微便宜，不需要維護
工程師現在可以構建所有基本改進以及解鎖時的高級改進
This mod treats the Military Engineer as a later game Builder.
Why? Mostly because the AI is building Engineers for the purposes of building improvements and rushing districts and wonders, but it can't really utilize them as such. So, they just wander around. Now they fulfill a purpose.
Say goodbye to the AI's hording of Engineers.
Notes:
Builders now obsolete into (Military) Engineer with the Military Engineering tech.
The Engineer no longer requires an Armory
The Engineer has 3 build charges, is slightly cheaper, and requires no maintenance
The Engineer can now build all basic improvements as well as the advanced improvements when unlocked
安裝與使用 安裝：按包內說明操作
- 解壓本站下載的壓縮包，先讀包內的 readme / 說明檔案。
- 這類遊戲沒有通用的模組管理器：有的模組直接替換遊戲檔案、有的放進遊戲專屬的 Mods 資料夾、有的要先裝遊戲對應的社群載入器或工具，以包內說明為準。
- 嚴格按說明放置檔案；標註「前置依賴」的模組需要把依賴一併裝好。
- 啟動遊戲確認載入成功；部分遊戲需要在設定或模組選單裡手動啟用。
不同遊戲、不同模組的安裝位置差異很大，包內說明是最可靠的依據。
