Electricity

Working electricity for BONELAB. Start a generator by pulling its cord, run power through strips,

extension cords and a dimmer, and plug in lamps, a bulb, a motor, magnets and a warning light. Cords

are drawn as real cables that sag, lie on the floor and pay out as you pull them.

Items

| Generator | Pull its starter cord (hard, or once or twice) to start it. Touch the red button to stop it. Two sockets. |

| Power Strip | Four sockets on a cord. Trigger switches it on and off. |

| Extension Cord | One socket at the end of a cord. |

| Dimmer | Hold the trigger to turn the knob (the other way each time); tap the trigger for off and on. |

| Lamp | A table lamp. Lights when plugged into something live; trigger switches it. |

| Bulb | A plug-in lamp holder with an LED bulb. B switches it. |

| Motor | An apple-sized motor that spins things, faster or slower with the power it gets. B fixes what touches its flange to it. |

| Warning Light | A rotating amber beacon with a turning motor and an alarm sound. Trigger switches it. |

| Electromagnet | A big lifting magnet: it pulls metal to its pole face and holds it while it has power. |

| Small Electromagnet | A hand-held magnet: hold the trigger to pull metal to it, let go to drop it. |

| Motion Sensor | Says "on" when something moves in front of it. |

| Signal Cable | Joins the motion sensor (orange port) to what it works (green port: motor, warning light, big magnet). |

Controls

• Plugging in: hold a plug near a socket and a green ring shows where it will go. When the ring

turns bright, pull the trigger. Plugs go in either way up, like real ones.

• Unplugging: take hold of a plugged-in plug and pull the trigger. Nothing else pulls a plug out.
• Cord colour: B (Y on the left hand) while holding an item or its plug.
• Grabbing: the piece your hand will take glows softly, so you can tell close things apart.

Settings

BoneMenu > Electricity: spawn any item, cord colours, how far cords pull out, brightness,

the warning light's alarm and volume, and the grab helper.

Installing

With a mod manager (r2modman, Mod Manager), install it as usual.

By hand: put Mods/Electricity.dll in BONELAB's Mods folder and the

UserData/Electricity folder in BONELAB's UserData folder.

Needs MelonLoader and BoneLib.
