Adds in an assortment of minor gameplay altering tweaks to BTD6

This is an offshoot of my Useful Utilities mod that includes tweaks that are more gameplay altering.

Incorporates a few things ported from Useful Utilities, a few of my old mods, and many new tweaks.

Brand New Features

• Buffable Paragons (Default Off)
• Makes Paragons able to receive buffs like normal towers.
• Pursuit Path Prioritization (default on)
• Allows Heli Pilots to choose to prioritize Bloons on specific paths.
• Beast Handler Lone T5s (Default Off)
• Allows Tier 5 Beast Handlers to be purchased even without any other Beast Handlers contributing to them.
• Megalodon still requires 84 Beast Power to insta kill BAD Bloons.
• Brickell Mermonkeys (Default On)
• Makes Brickell's effects apply to non-exclusively water based towers again.
• Elite Defender Target Switch (Default Off)
• An Elite Defender will switch to First targeting after a Bloon leak activates its ability.
• Etienne Targeting (Default Off)
• Replaces Etienne's targeting options with the standard First, Last, Close, Strong.
• Sticky Bomb Attack Speed (Default Off)
• Makes attack speed buffs cause Sticky Bombs to blow up quicker. (Also affects Master Bomber)
• Better Laser Blasts (Default Off)
• Makes the Laser Blasts upgrade give a minor Attack Speed buff for Super Monkeys. Plasma Blasts unaffected.
• Rates for 0/0/0, 1/0/0, 2/0/0 are.045, 0.45,.03 ->.045,.04,.03
• Better Trojan (Default Off)
• Makes Benjamin's Bloon Trojan use the real internal layer count for Bloons so that it no longer loses money.
• Better Monkey City (Default Off)
• Makes the Monkey City income buff affect more things, including Lead to Gold, IMF Loan, Monkey-Nomics, Monkey Pirates, and similar effects.
• Better Central Market (Default Off)
• Makes the Central Market buff affect all non-Support towers' income generation not just Merchantmen.
• Obyn Price Change (Default Off)
• Puts Obyn back down to 650 so he can be used for CHIMPS starts
• Auto Collect Banks (Default Off)
• All Banks will auto collect when full like the XX2 Banks do.
• Auto Deposit Banks (Default Off)
• When making a full collection from a Monkey Bank that has Deposits enabled,

half of the amount collected will be automatically deposited back.

• More Overclock Interactions (All Default On)
• Overclock Cash - Makes the Overclock buff increase other forms of cash generation for towers such as from end of round or from abilities.
• Overclock Banks - Makes the Overclock buff affect the interest rates of Monkey Banks.
• Overclock Monkeyopolis - Makes the Overclock buff affect Monkeyopolis income in the same way it affects Banana Farms.
• Overclock Periodic Abilities - Makes the Overclock buff affect the frequency of periodic ability activations like Carpet of Spikes.
• Periodic Ability Cooldown Reduction (Default On)
• Makes ability cooldown reduction effects also apply to periodically activated abilities like Carpet of Spikes.
• Hero Boost Debt (default on)
• Replaces the Monkey Money Hero Boost with a button that lets you purchase the next level up of the hero by going into debt.
• Glacial Trail More Unfreezable Towers (Default On)
• Fire Towers and other Ice Towers no longer get frozen on Glacial Trail, including:
• Gwen (Any Skin)
• Fusty the Snowman
• Ring of Fire Tack Shooters
• Dragon's Breath Wizards
• Signal Flare Mortar Monkeys
• Tidal Chill Mermonkeys
• More Pyrotechnics Towers (Default On)
• Expands the towers affected by Gwen's Pyrotechnics Support buff. Currently just adds The Blazing Sun Desperado.

Ported from Useful Utilities

• Dartling Gunner Targeting (Default On)
• Adds First/Last/Close/Strong targeting options to Dartling Gunners
• Mortar Monkey Targeting (Default On)
• Adds First/Last/Close/Strong
• Paragon Sentry Targeting (Default On)
• Gives the Green Paragon Sentry the same targeting options as Dartling Gunners
• Auto Trap Retarget (Default On)
• Automatically retarget Larger
